Photography Terms & Conditions

 

 

1. Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all photography sessions.

  • Deposits are applied toward the total session cost.

  • All outstanding balances must be paid in full on or before the day of the shoot.

  • Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Clients must notify the studio at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled shoot time to cancel or reschedule.

  • Clients who cancel or reschedule within the allowed timeframe will be offered a photo credit valid for ninety (90) days.

  • Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the session and deposit.

 

3. Session Duration & Punctuality

  • All photography sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise stated.

  • Clients are required to arrive on time.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.

  • If additional shooting time is required due to client lateness, a $100 fee will be charged, subject to studio availability.

 

4. Studio Location & Preparation

  • GPS location and written directions to the studio will be provided prior to the session.

  • Clients must notify the studio in advance if they plan to change or get dressed at the studio.

  • The studio is not responsible for delays caused by lack of preparation.

 

5. Image Selection & Editing

  • Clients must select their images within 48 hours of receiving the proof gallery.

  • Failure to select images within this timeframe may result in delays.

  • Standard editing turnaround time is 5–9 business days after image selection.

  • Editing includes color correction and basic retouching at the photographer’s discretion.

 

6. Artistic Style & Satisfaction

  • By booking, the client acknowledges familiarity with the photographer’s style and portfolio.

  • Dissatisfaction based on artistic style, pose, expression, or subjective preferences does not qualify for refunds.

  • Photography is a creative service; results may vary.

 

7. No Refund Policy

  • All photography services, deposits, and digital images are non-refundable once a session has taken place.

  • In the event of non-delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, the studio’s liability is limited to a reshoot or studio credit, at the studio’s discretion.

 

8. Copyright & Usage Rights

  • All photographs remain the copyright property of i Promise Media Productions.

  • Clients receive personal-use rights only.

  • Full image rights, commercial use, or copyright release are available for an additional fee.

  • Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

  • i Promise Media is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, client cooperation, or technical issues.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.

 

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking a session, submitting payment, or participating in a photography session, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
